The invention relates to a device for bringing into alignment the height of a surface of at least one framework, resting on a supporting platform, of large-scale kitchen equipment, in particular for kitchen stoves, frying (roasting) plates, deep fat fryers, bains-marie, roasting and baking ovens, tilting-type frying pans, cauldrons (kettles), tilting-type cauldrons, warming cabinets, work tables and the like, characterised by at least one screwing element which passes vertically through a baseplate of the framework close to a side wall of the latter and is guided in a thread fixed to the framework, the lower end of which screwing element can rest on the supporting platform and the upper end of which has engagement faces for a rod-shaped rotating tool which is to be inserted from above into a relieved portion, to be covered, next to the surface to be brought into alignment and after insertion projects above the surface with an actuating end. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten der Höhe einer Oberfläche wenigstens eines auf einer Standfläche abgestützten Gehäuses einer Großkücheneinrichtung, insbesondere für Herde, Bratplatten, Friteusen, Wasserbäder, Brat- und Backöfen, Kippbratpfannen, Kochkessel, Kippkochkessel, Wärmeschränke, Arbeitstische u. dgl., gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens einen nächst einer Seitenwand des Gehäuses im Gehäuse eine Bodenplatte des Gehäuses vertikal durchsetzenden, in einem gehäusefesten Gewinde geführten Schraubkörper, dessen unteres Ende auf der Standfläche abstützbar ist und dessen oberes Ende Angriffsflächen für ein stangenförmiges Drehwerkzeug aufweist, das von oben in eine abzudeckende Absetzung neben der auszurichtenden Oberfläche einzuführen ist und nach dem Einführen mit einem Betätigungsende über die Oberfläche ragt. <IMAGE>
