Abstract (en)
The filling apparatus comprises, in a supply housing (1), a centrifugal wheel (3) which is driven about a vertical axis of rotation (6) and which can be fed with bulk material from above. The supply housing (1) has a laterally projecting filling connection (4), assigned to the circumference of the centrifugal wheel (3), for introducing the bulk material into a valve bag (5) hanging on the filling connection (4). To achieve an increased filling capacity and to guarantee the filling weight in the filled valve bag (5), the centrifugal wheel (3) rotating about the vertical axis of rotation (6) is assigned a positively filling feed-conveyor device (2). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Füllvorrichtung umfaßt in einem Zuführgehäuse (1) ein um eine vertikale Drehachse (6) angetriebenes, von oben mit Schüttgut beschickbares Schleuderrad (3). Das Zuführgehäuse (1) weist einen dem Umfang des Schleuderrades (3) zugeordneten, seitlich abgehenden Füllstutzen (4) zum Einschleudern des Schüttgutes in einen an dem Füllstutzen (4) hängenden Ventilsack (5) auf. Zur Erzielung einer erhöhten Fülleistung und zur Gewährleistung des Füllgewichtes in dem gefüllten Ventilsack (5) ist dem um die vertikale Drehachse (6) drehenden Schleuderrad (3) eine zwangsweise füllende Zufördereinrichtung (2) zugeordnet. <IMAGE>
