File for documents awaiting signature or for sorting documents, chiefly composed of a plurality of sleeves bonded back to back, the adhesive being applied to at least part of their outer surfaces, forming leaves which define the different compartments formed by the sleeves, the file being characterised in that each sleeve (1) is made from a composite sheet comprising at least two different kinds of layers such that the inside surface (2) presents a lining sheet (3) and the outside surface (4) a reinforcing sheet (5). <IMAGE>
