Abstract (en)
The sheet format (3) output from a printer (1) is sensed on a feed table (2) by sensors (4-8). Predetermined sheet formats have to be rotated through 90 DEG so that they can subsequently be fed in a positionally correct manner to a folding machine (9). The rotation operation for selected sheets (3) is carried out by lifting the sheet by means of a lifting-rotating element (18). After the rotation operation and lowering, the sheet is conveyed away at elevated speed and fed to a folding machine in a direction (Z2) identical to the feed-in direction (Z1). This results in a very compact design with low space requirement between the printer (1) and folding machine (9). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Das von einem Drucker (1) ausgegebene Blattbogen-Format (3) wird auf einem Zufuhrtisch (2) durch Sensoren (4-8) abgetastet. Vorbestimmte Blattformate müssen um 90° gedreht werden, damit sie anschliessend lagerichtig einer Faltmaschine (9) zugeführt werden können. Der Drehvorgang für ausgewählte Blattbogen (3) erfolgt durch Anheben des Blattbogens mittels eines Hub-Drehorganes (18). Nach dem Drehvorgang und Absenken wird der Blattbogen mit erhöhter Geschwindigkeit abtransportiert und einer zur Einlaufrichtung (Z1) gleichen Richtung (Z2) einer Faltmaschine zugeführt. Dadurch ergibt sich eine sehr kompakte Bauweise mit geringem Platzbedarf zwischen Drucker (1) und Faltmaschine (9). <IMAGE>
