Abstract (en)
The known shoring devices consist of two shoring plates (1, 2) of large area which are held at a distance apart by a supporting frame arranged in the centre or two supporting frames (3, 4) arranged at the ends of the shoring plates (1, 2) and are connected to form a unit. A supporting frame consists of two vertical abutment posts and stays (5) which are variable in length and are held at right angles to the abutment posts and shoring plates (1, 2) by means of leaf springs (15, 16, 16'), the ends of which press with pretension against the stays (5) from above and below. The novel shoring device, for the same loading capacity, is to be lighter and less expensive to manufacture and is to permit simpler stockkeeping as well as simpler exchange of the springs (15, 16, 16'). To this end, plane abutment plates (17) are arranged in the abutment posts above and below the horizontal axes and parallel to these axes, on which abutment plates (17) at least one plane leaf spring (15, 16, 16') each is fastened in an easily interchangeable manner. <IMAGE>

Die bekannten Verbauvorrichtungen bestehen aus zwei großflächigen Verbauplatten (1,2), die von einem in der Mitte oder zwei an den Enden der Verbauplatten (1,2) angeordneten Stützrahmen (3,4) auf Abstand gehalten und zu einer Einheit verbunden sind. Ein Stützrahmen besteht aus zwei vertikalen Widerlagerpfosten und längenveränderbaren Spreizen (5), die mittels Blattfedern (15,16,16'), deren Enden von oben und unten mit Vorspannung gegen die Spreizen (5) drücken, rechtwinklig zu den Widerlagerpfosten und Verbauplatten (1,2) gehalten sind. Die neue Verbauvorrichtung soll bei gleicher Belastbarkeit leichter und in der Herstellung weniger aufwendig sein und eine einfachere Lagerhaltung sowie einfacheres Auswechseln der Federn (15,16,16') ermöglichen. Hierzu sind oberhalb und unterhalb der horizontalen Achsen parallel zu diesen Achsen in den Widerlagerpfosten ebene Widerlagerplatten (17) angeordnet, auf welchen je mindestens eine ebene Blattfeder (15,16,16') leicht auswechselbar befestigt ist. <IMAGE>
