The invention relates to a contact head. It relates to a contact head, of the type which comprises a flat and elongate body (12), having two large sides which are substantially parallel and substantially equidistant from a central longitudinal axis (13) of the body, and at least one small side, the body having a substantially straight slit (slot) (14) which emerges on the small side, and which is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis and is formed on only part of the length of the body so that it terminates in an internal end (16) located in the body. According to the invention, the slit (14) is placed asymmetrically in the body (12) at some distance from the central longitudinal axis (13) of the head. Elle se rapporte à une tête de contact, du type qui comprend un corps plat et allongé (12), ayant deux grands côtés sensiblement parallèles et sensiblement équidistants d'un axe longitudinal central (13) du corps et au moins un petit côté, le corps ayant une fente (14) sensiblement rectiligne qui débouche dans le petit côté, qui est sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal et qui est formée sur une partie seulement de la longueur du corps afin qu'elle se termine à une extrémité interne (16) disposée dans le corps. Selon l'invention, la fente (14) est placée asymétriquement dans le corps (12), à distance de l'axe longitudinal central (13) de la tête.
