A container (1), preferably consisting of glass or glass-like plastic, for cosmetic products, which has a receiving section with a flat bottom and can be closed by a lid which prevents connection to air, is to be designed so that, on the one hand, the seal is guaranteed but, on the other hand, the lid of the container can easily be removed in any operating situation. For this purpose, provision is made according to the invention for at least one step (4), projecting inwards and running horizontally parallel to the bottom, to be provided on the inner surface of the container (1), on which step the edge of an intermediate lid (5) can rest, the outer surface of the intermediate lid (5) having such a spacing from the vertical inner surface of the container (1) that, when the intermediate lid (5) rests on the step (4), a gap (12) remains between the outer surface of the intermediate lid (5) and the inner surface of the container (1), a hollow peg (6) adjoining the underside of the intermediate lid (5), the outer dimensions of which hollow peg correspond approximately to the inner dimensions of the container (1) in this region including the gap (16), and the interior (7) of the hollow peg (6) being accessible through an outer opening (8) which faces upwards and passes through the intermediate lid (5). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein vorzugsweise aus Glas- oder glasähnlichem Kunststoff bestehender Behälter (1) für Kosmetikprodukte, der einen Aufnahmeabschnitt mit einem ebenen Boden aufweist, und der durch einen die Verbindung zur Luft verhindernden Deckel verschließbar ist, soll ausgebildet werden, daß einerseits die Abdichtung gewährleistet ist, andererseits aber in jeder Betriebssituation sich der Deckel des Behälters leicht entfernen läßt. Hierzu ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß an der Innenfläche des Behälters (1) wenigstens eine nach innen vorspringende und parallel zum Boden horizontal verlaufende Stufe (4) vorgesehen ist, auf welcher der Rand eines Zwischendeckels (5) auflagerbar ist, wobei die äußere Mantelfläche des Zwischendeckels (5) zu der senkrechten Innenfläche des Behälters (1) einen solchen Abstand hat, daß bei auf der Stufe (4) aufgelagertem Zwischendeckel (5) ein Spalt (12) zwischen der äußeren Mantelfläche des Zwischendeckels (5) und der Innenfläche des Behälters (1) verbleibt, wobei an die Unterseite des Zwischendeckels (5) ein Hohlzapfen (6) anschließt, dessen äußere Abmessungen in etwa den inneren Abmessungen des Behälters (1) in diesem Bereich unter Einschluß des Spaltes (16) entsprechen und wobei das Innere (7) des Hohlzapfens (6) durch eine äußere nach oben weisende und den Zwischendeckel (5) durchgreifende Öffnung (8) zugänglich ist. <IMAGE>
