The invention relates to a bottle-cleaning machine with a loading station and unloading station, a plurality of treatment stations arranged in the passage direction of the bottles and a vapour extraction channel with vapour ducting, which is arranged in front of the unloading station (2) in the transport direction of the bottles. An improvement in the vapour extraction in the unloading region is to be achieved. This is achieved in that the vapour is extracted above the unloading point (13) of the bottles from the open machine housing and directed, above the transporting plane of the bottles, along a guiding surface (10) to the vapour extraction channel (7) remote from the unloading point, and removed together with the surrounding air present in this region. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Flaschenreinigungsmaschine mit einer Auf- und Abgabestation und mehreren in Durchlaufrichtung der Flaschen angeordneten Behandlungsstationen sowie einem in Transportrichtung der Flaschen vor der Abgabestation (2) angeordneten Schwadenabsaugkanal mit Schwadenführung. Es soll im Abgabebereich eine Verbesserung der Schwadenabsaugung erzielt werden. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Schwaden oberhalb der Abgabestelle (13) der Flaschen aus dem offenen Maschinengehäuse abgesaugt und oberhalb der Transportebene der Flaschen entlang einer Leitfläche (10) zum von der Abgabestelle entfernten Schwadenabsaugkanal (7) gelenkt und gemeinsam mit der in diesem Bereich anstehenden Umgebungsluft abgeführt wird. <IMAGE>
