La présente invention se rapporte à un rasoir électrique comportant au moins un système de coupe de poils courts (2) disposé sur un boîtier (1), ainsi qu'au moins un interrupteur (9) coulissant disposé sur le boîtier (1) pour le réglage d'un système de coupe de poils longs (4) depuis une position d'"arrêt" jusqu'à au moins une position d'utilisation. L'interrupteur (9) est relié activement avec au moins l'un des systèmes de coupe par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme d'accouplement (12) diminuant la course de commutation.
