Date Dec. 23, 1992.A mixing and drinking beaker with an adhesive, closing and sealing system between the cover and the beaker and with a chamber in the cover consisting of an outer cover and an inner cover therein after the adhesive and sealing system. The inner cover can be released from its seat without releasing the joint between the cover and the beaker without the need for any additional mechanism simply by the yielding of the sealing seat of the material surrounding the inner cover by pressure from outside axially to the outer cover on the handle and/or the surrounding area of the outer cover. In addition, the adhesive bond between the cover and the beaker can be changed to a positive bond by a shrink strip.

Un gobelet utilisé pour mélanger et boire comprend un système adhésif d'étanchéité et de fermeture placé entre le couvercle et le gobelet (1), ainsi qu'une chambre (2/3) ménagée dans le couvercle, formée par un couvercle extérieur (2) et par un couvercle intérieur (3) contenu dans le couvercle intérieur, après le système adhésif d'étanchéité. Le couvercle intérieur (3) peut être soulevé de son siège (2') de l'extérieur sans détruire la liaison entre le couvercle et le gobelet (1) et sans avoir recours à un mécanisme supplémentaire. A cet effet, on exerce simplement une force de pression sur la poignée (2'''') et/ou sur la région du couvercle extérieur (2), dans l'axe du couvercle extérieur, de manière à faire céder le matériau du siège d'étanchéité (2') qui entoure le couvercle intérieur (3). En outre, la liaison de force entre le couvercle et le gobelet peut être transformée en une liaison de forme par une bande rétractable (11').
