[origin: FR2678236A1] A method for automatically monitoring and controlling, by means of a modelling system, the degaussing of a naval vessel having degaussing circuits. The method comprises the steps of: determining a danger zone in relation to which a magnetic risk is to be estimated (2); determining the spatial coordinates of said zone relative to a naval vessel reference point (12); and using an on-board modelling system providing a real-time estimate of the vessel's magnetic risk according to the vessel's position relative to said zone (a,b,c).

L'invention concerne un procédé d'autocontrôle et d'asservissement de l'immunisation magnétique d'un bâtiment naval muni de circuits d'immunisation magnétique au moyen d'un système de modélisation. Le procédé selon l'invention comprend les étapes consistant à: déterminer une zone de danger par rapport à laquelle on veut évaluer le risque magnétique; (2) déterminer les coordonnées spatiales de ladite zone par rapport à un repère de référence du bâtiment naval; (12) utiliser un système de modélisation embarqué fournissant en temps réel le risque magnétique du bâtiment en fonction de la position du bâtiment par rapport à ladite zone (a, b, c).
