[origin: EP0591570A1] A yarn-working machine, especially embroidering machine, is provided with a yarn-connecting apparatus (11) having a swirl chamber (12) with a compressed-air nozzle (13), in which two yarns (23, 24) of differing colour which are being used in succession are connected to one another as a result of the interswirling of their filaments by compressed air.
