A cleaning device of a cylinder of a printing machine for washing at least one cylinder (2) in the printing unit of a printing machine. A washing beam (6) is supported by a suspension device (20) and can be moved by the latter between a washing position near to the cylinder surface and a starting position further away from the cylinder surface. The washing beam (6) is connected to the suspension device (20) by means of a linear guide device (24) by means of which, in the starting position, the washing beam (6) can be extended from or retracted into the suspension device and the printing unit in the longitudinal direction of the washing beam. Connection means (28) of the washing beam (6) are automatically coupled to or uncoupled from a connection unit (36) during linear displacement of the washing beam (6) in order to feed washing liquid and compressed air to the washing beam (6) in the coupled state. <IMAGE>

Druckmaschinenzylinder-Waschvorrichtung für das Waschen von mindestens einem Zylinder (2) im Druckwerk einer Druckmaschine. Ein Waschbalken (6) wird von einer Aufhängevorrichtung (20) getragen und kann von dieser zwischen einer der Zylinderoberfläche angenäherten Waschposition und einer von der Zylinderoberfläche weiter entfernten Ausgangsposition versetzt werden. Der Waschbalken (6) ist durch eine Linearführungsvorrichtung (24) mit der Aufhängevorrichtung (20) verbunden, durch welche der Waschbalken (6) in der Ausgangsposition in Waschbalkenlängsrichtung aus der Aufhängevorrichtung und dem Druckwerk ausgefahren oder eingefahren werden kann. Anschlußmittel (28) des Waschbalkens (6) werden bei einer Linearverschiebung des Waschbalkens (6) automatisch mit einer Anschlußeinheit (36) gekoppelt oder entkoppelt, um im gekoppelten Zustand Waschflüssigkeit und Druckluft dem Waschbalken (6) zuzuführen. <IMAGE>
