[origin: EP0589209A2] The invention relates to a cylinder lock (1) with at least one blocking body (6) secured against rotation and with at least one cylinder body (12, 14) rotatable relative to the blocking body (6) about an axis of rotation (10) by means of a key (8), as well as with a rotatably mounted drilling-open prevention means (24). In order to avoid an arrangement of the drilling-open prevention means in front of an outer end face (58, 60) of the cylinder lock (1) and the engagement faces thereby provided for a break-in tool, it is proposed, according to the present invention, to mount the drilling-open prevention means (24) within the cylinder lock (1) in such a way that it is flush with the end face (58, 60) of the latter. <IMAGE>
