[origin: EP0592344A1] The invention relates to an apparatus for the launching of discs or moving targets for sports shooting whose speed and projection distance are variable, of the type using a rotary barrel on which moving targets (2) are loaded and a fixed base plate which comprises a single bore to allow the passage of the moving targets (2) which are received on a launching plate (6) placed in front of an ejection arm (7), one or more motors ensuring the rotation of the barrel and the movement of the ejection arm (7), characterised in that the said launching plate (6) is formed from a mobile launching ramp and is articulated (8) about a substantially transverse pivoting axis.
