Abstract (en)
To produce sprayed concrete, a "lean" cement is not mixed with the aggregate in a mixer but rather brought together with the aggregate immediately before or during pneumatic conveying. In the case of the latter variant, the pneumatic conveying stream is charged first with the binder and then with the aggregate in two feeding stations (1; 2) connected one behind the other. The feeding of the material into the pneumatic conveying stream, with its intensively mixing effects, if appropriate also the mixing effect over the length of the conveying stream, replaces the mixing operation in a mixer. Under these conditions, the aggregate does not need to be dried. The duration during which the binder is subject to the moisture of the aggregate is reduced to seconds. There is no clotting or other disturbances of the conveying and of the mixing with the water at the spray nozzle. <IMAGE>

Zum Herstellen von Spritzbeton wird ein "kurzer" Zement nicht in einem Mischer mit dem Zuschlag vermischt, sondern unmittelbar vor oder bei der pneumatischen Förderung mit dem Zuschlag zusammengegeben. Bei der letzteren Variante wird der pneumatische Förderstrom in zwei hintereinandergeschalteten Aufgabestationen (1;2) zuerst mit dem Bindemittel und dann mit dem Zuschlag beladen. Die Aufgabe des Materials in den pneumatischen Förderstrom mit ihren stark mischenden Effekten, ggf. ferner die mischende Wirkung auf der Länge des Förderstromes, ersetzt den Mischvorgang in einem Mischer. Der Zuschlag braucht unter diesen Umständen nicht getrocknet zu werden. Die Dauer, während derer das Bindemittel der Feuchtigkeit des Zuschlags ausgesetzt ist, fällt auf Sekunden zusammen. Es treten keine Verklumpungen oder andere Störungen der Förderung und des Vermischens mit dem Wasser an der Spritzdüse ein. <IMAGE>
