1. Device for storing and taking out blanks (10) of thin cardboard from a blank magazine (12). 2.1. A removal device (16) with a sun wheel (17) and planetary wheels (18, 19) orbiting said sun wheel (17) is used for the continuous removal of blanks (10) of thin cardboard from a blank magazine (12). Each planetary wheel (18, 19) revolving about its own axis takes out a lowermost blank (10) from a blank stack (11) in the blank magazine (12) and transfers it to the sun wheel (17). From the latter, the blank, in conjunction with a conveying disc (51, 52), is transferred into a blank path (14). 2.2. The sun wheel (17) and the planetary wheels (18, 19) grasp the blanks (10) only in a central region, namely in the region of a blank centre strip (46), excluding lateral folded tabs (39, 40; 41, 42). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Für die kontinuierliche Entnahme von Zuschnitten (10) aus dünnem Karton aus einem Zuschnitt-Magazin (12) dient ein Entnahmeaggregat (16) mit einem Sonnenrad (17) und um dieses umlaufenden Planetenrädern (18, 19). Jedes um die eigene Achse drehende Planetenrad (18, 19) entnimmt einen unteren Zuschnitt (10) eines Zuschnitt-Stapels (11) im Zuschnitt-Magazin (12) und übergibt diesen an das Sonnenrad (17). Von diesem wird der Zuschnitt in Verbindung mit einer Transportscheibe (51, 52) in eine Zuschnitt-Bahn (14) übergeben. Das Sonnenrad (17) und die Planetenräder (18, 19) erfassen die Zuschnitte (10) ausschließlich in einem mittleren Bereich, nämlich im Bereich eines Zuschnitt-Mittelstreifens (46) unter Ausschluß von seitlichen Faltlappen <IMAGE>
