Abstract (en)
The known explosion protection mats are costly to manufacture and offer little protection against the pressure forces occurring in the event of explosions. The new explosion protection mat is intended to have a sufficiently high protection effect against projectiles, fragments and the detonation pressure, as well as low weight and a low manufacturing cost. The explosion protection mat consists of a plurality of layers (2) of antiballistic flat material which are embedded in a matrix of flexible material, especially rubber, a composite plate (3) which is stiff in terms of bending being arranged between two inner layers of the textile flat material. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die bekannten Sprengschutzmatten sind aufwendig herzustellen und bieten wenig Schutz gegen die bei Explosionen auftretenden Druckkräfte. Die neue Sprengschutzmatte soll bei niedrigem Gewicht und geringem Herstellungsaufwand eine ausreichend hohe Schutzwirkung vor Geschossen, Splittern sowie dem Detonationsdruck haben. Die Sprengschutzmatte besteht aus mehreren Lagen (2) antiballistischer Flächengebilde, die in eine Matrix aus flexiblem Material, insbesondere Gummi, eingebettet sind, wobei zwischen zwei inneren Lagen des textilen Flächengebildes eine biegesteife Verbundplatte (3) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
