Abstract (en)
A process for modifying animal hair or a product thereof, which process comprises placing animal hair or a product thereof between two electrodes facing each other, in a plasma generator, introducing a plasma-excitable gas into the plasma generator and applying a high voltage of high frequency between the electrodes at atmospheric pressure to subject the gas to plasma excitation to give rise to glow discharge between the electrodes.
