[origin: EP0593017A1] The invention relates to connection elements for retrofitting wooden load-bearing beams projecting out of the outer wall surface in the longitudinal direction. The object of the present invention is thus to provide a device, with the aid of which it is possible to introduce load-bearing beams, projecting out of the structural body and intended for balconies, etc., into the already erected structural body in a simple manner, without impairing the visual appearance and the statics, and to exchange or re-adjust such a load-bearing beam without difficulty at a later date. It is thus proposed that the connection elements (4, 5) be characterised by a wall part (4), which is fastened in the structural body and is intended for receiving the insert end (7) of the load-bearing beam, and a beam part (5) which is connected to the load-bearing beam and is adapted to the wall part (4). <IMAGE>
