Abstract (en)
The tube wall is formed by two semicylindrical pieces (6, 7) assembled in a leaktight manner by their longitudinal edges (8, 10, 9, 11). Each opening for the passage of a circulation tube (4) is formed by two notches made in the two pieces respectively, starting from one of their edges (8, 10), and tabs (13) cut out during the production of these notches and adjacent to their bottom are folded outwards from the fluid (header) box in order to be flattened against the sides (14) of the tube. During assembly of the heat exchanger, the two pieces (6, 7) are brought together (arrows F1 and F2) to enclose the tubes (4) which penetrate into the notches. Application to air-conditioning condensers of motor vehicles. <IMAGE>

La paroi tubulaire est formée de deux pièces semi-cylindriques (6,7) assemblées de façon étanche par leurs bords longitudinaux (8,10,9,11). Chaque ouverture pour le passage d'un tube de circulation (4) est formée par deux encoches ménagées dans les deux pièces respectivement à partir d'un bord (8,10) de celles-ci, et des pattes (13) découpées lors de la réalisation de ces encoches et adjacentes au fond de celles-ci sont repliées vers l'extérieur de la boîte à fluide pour s'appliquer sur les côtés (14) du tube. Lors de l'assemblage de l'échangeur de chaleur, les deux pièces (6,7) sont rapprochées l'une de l'autre (flèches F1 et F2) en venant encadrer les tubes (4) qui pénètrent dans les encoches. Application aux condenseurs de climatisation de véhicules automobiles. <IMAGE>
