[origin: JPH06316821A] PURPOSE: To reduce a maintenance cost by the wear of fiber fleece hopper disposed at a draw frame in the textile industry. CONSTITUTION: This fleece hopper for the draw frame for spinning is disposed between a pair of discharge rollers 7 and 70 having end openings for capturing and deflecting the fiber fleece and a sliver pipe 8. The fleece hopper described above is characterized in that the fleece hopper is provided with a hopper opening constituted to allow the insertion of a cylindrical insert which may be easily exchanged during the downtime of the draw frame while the position and regulation state of the fleece hopper 1 are maintained as they are.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vliestrichter (1) an einer Strecke der Textilindustrie. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den durch Verschleiß des Vliestrichters (1) hervorgerufenen Instandhaltungsaufwand zu reduzieren. Ein Merkmal der Erfindung ist, daß die Trichtermündung (3) wesentlich größer gemacht wird als ursprünglich, so daß auswechselbare rohrförmige Einsätze (11) mit zylindrischer Bohrung formschlüssig eingesetzt werden können. <IMAGE>
