In a method for assembling a printed product, especially an advertising letter with a part (16) which projects when the letter is opened, - a web section or an individual sheet is transversely creased and folded over, - an application of adhesive (4) is provided on the outside in a region on at least one side of a longitudinal line, and - the web section or the individual sheet with the application of adhesive (4) is creased along the longitudinal line and folded over, the region (4) provided with the application of adhesive being bonded to the corresponding region on the opposite side of the longitudinal line. <IMAGE>

Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Druckerzeugnisses, insbesondere eines Werbebriefes mit beim Öffnen des Briefes vorspringendem Teil (16), wobei ein Bahnabschnitt oder ein Einzelblatt quergefalzt und umgefaltet wird, auf der Außenseite in einem Bereich wenigstens auf einer Seite einer Längslinie ein Klebstoffauftrag (4) vorgesehen wird, und der Bahnabschnitt oder das Einzelblatt mit dem Klebstoffauftrag (4) längs der Längslinie gefalzt und umgefaltet wird, wobei der mit dem Klebstoffauftrag versehene Bereich (4) mit dem entsprechenden Bereich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Längslinie verklebt wird. <IMAGE>
