In the office-chair, the actuating part of a frictional-locking multi-plate clutch (16) for adjustment of the inclination position of a backrest support (13) is characterised by a releasing cam (35) which acts, via a tilting lever (29), on a bearing bolt (21) for the tension springs, which tilting lever has a profiled supporting surface (33) for the releasing cam (35), said supporting surface also comprising self-locking catch-surface regions. <IMAGE>

Bei dem Bürostuhl ist der Betätigungsteil einer Reibschluß-Lamellenkupplung (16) für eine Verstellung der Neigungslage eines Rückenlehnenträgers (13), durch einen Auslösenocken (35) gekennzeichnet, der über einen Kipphebel (29) auf einen Lagerbolzen (21) für die Spannfedern einwirkt, der eine profilierte Anlagefläche (33) für den Auslösenocken (35) aufweist, die auch selbsthemmende Rastflächenbereiche umfaßt. <IMAGE>
