Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a quick coupling device for equipping civil engineering works machinery. The equipment is mounted on a clevis (5) articulated at the end of an arm, by a rotation spindle (6) defining the centre of gyration of the equipment and an operating rod. The clevis is formed of two parallel flanges (9) each exhibiting a semicircular recess (12) forming a hook intended to engage with a boss (2) of the equipment, and a bolt (18) opposite the hooks coming into engagement in a locking tab (19) carried by the equipment; it includes, on the opposite side from the hook, a first surface element (14) coming to bear on a second plane surface element (14') carried by the equipment, the said surface elements being inclined towards the equipment, and the lock is a finger (20), the end of which has two chamfers, a lower one (23) for clipping the lock into the locking tab, and the other, an upper one (24), intended to participate in taking up play. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'attache rapide pour équipement d'engin de génie civil. L'équipement est monté sur une chape (5) articulée à l'extrémité d'un bras, par un axe de rotation (6) définissant le centre de giration de l'équipement et une bielle de commande. La chape est formée de deux flasques (9) parallèles, chacun présentant un évidement semi-circulaire (12) formant crochet destiné à faire prise avec un bossage (2) de l'équipement, et un verrou (18) à l'opposé des crochets venant en prise dans une patte de verrouillage (19) portée par l'équipement; elle comporte du côté opposé au crochet un premier élément de surface (14) venant en appui sur un second élément de surface plan (14') porté par l'équipement, lesdits éléments de surface étant inclinés vers l'équipement et le verrou est un doigt (20), dont l'extrémité présente deux chanfreins, l'un inférieur (23) pour l'encliquetage du verrou dans la patte de verrouillage, l'autre supérieur (24) destiné à coopérer au rattrapage du jeu. <IMAGE>
