[origin: EP0594498A1] Assembly including an LP module (2) of a steam turbine supported by a concrete block (5) carried by posts of a concrete raft (9), and an enclosure (4) made up of an exhaust box (1) surrounding the LP module (2) and connected to the latter by impervious elastic seals (14) and of a condenser (3) equipped with bundles (8) located under the LP module (2) and resting on the raft (9), characterised in that the enclosure (4) is made of concrete. The casing (envelope) of the condenser made of concrete is therefore totally independent of the turbine and of the block which supports it. <IMAGE>
