Abstract (en)
The object of the invention was to develop further a pallet of this type, in such a way that it fixes securely on its attachment mandrel textile bobbins which can differ from one another in their inside diameter. This object is achieved, in the current invention, in that at least three supporting elements of separately variable radial position are distributed on the circumference of the attachment mandrel. The supporting elements extend approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the attachment mandrel. At least one elastic element acts on the supporting elements from inside. The supporting elements advantageously consist of lamellae which are guided in slit-like orifices of the attachment mandrel and which are loaded by springs. Torsion springs which alternately spring-load adjacent lamellae can be used for this purpose. When textile-bobbin tubes or textile bobbins are being attached, the holding force of the attachment mandrel increases constantly and reaches its maximum when the textile-bobbin tube is fully attached. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Aufgabe der Erfindung war es, einen derartigen Caddy so weiterzuentwickeln, daß er Textilspulen, die in ihrem Innendurchmesser voneinander abweichen können, sicher auf seinem Aufsteckdorn fixiert. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß auf dem Umfang des Aufsteckdornes mindestens drei getrennt radial lageveränderbare Stützelemente verteilt sind. Die Stützelemente erstrecken sich annähernd parallel zur Längsachse des Aufsteckdornes. Mindestens ein elastisches Element wirkt von innen auf die Stützelemente. Die Stützelemente bestehen vorteilhaft aus Lamellen, die in schlitzartigen Öffnungen des Aufsteckdornes geführt und durch Federn beaufschlagt sind. Hierfür können Drehstabfedern zum Einsatz kommen, die wechselseitig benachbarte Lamellen federbelasten. Beim Aufstecken von Textilspulenhülsen beziehungsweise Textilspulen nimmt die Haltekraft des Aufsteckdornes ständig zu und erreicht bei voll aufgesteckter Textilspulenhülse ihr Maximum. <IMAGE>
