[origin: EP0595048A2] Pre-disintegrating and metering device, in particular for large plants for shredding documents and similar waste, is equipped with a pair of cutting rollers (1, 2) which are arranged at the bottom of a filling chute (E), are driven in a contra-rotating manner and are fitted with toothed cutter discs (3, 4).
