Fairground rides (10) are known in which the passenger carrier (17) is assigned to the end of an extension arm (14) which can be moved about a horizontal axis of rotation (13). The movement of the passenger carrier substantially corresponds to that of the circular path of the extension, so that only very limited impressions of movement can be given. Provision is made according to the invention for the passenger carrier (17) to be capable of movement on at least one further circular path in the region of the end of the extension arm (14). The passengers are then moved on a cycloidal path. <IMAGE>

Bekannt sind Fahrgeschäfte (10), bei denen die Fahrgastaufnahme (17) dem Ende eines um eine horizontale Drehachse (13) bewegbaren Auslegerarms (14) zugeordnet ist. Die Bewegung der Fahrgastaufnahme entspricht im wesentlichen der der Auslegerkreisbahn, so daß nur sehr eingeschränkte Bewegungseindrücke vermittelbar sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß die Fahrgastaufnahme (17) auf mindestens einer weiteren Kreisbahn im Bereich des Endes des Auslegerarms (14) bewegbar ist. Dabei werden die Fahrgäste auf einer zykloidartigen Bahn bewegt. <IMAGE>
