The alphanumeric keyboard (TR) of a hand-held operating apparatus (PHG) for industrial robots is designed such that one of three alphanumeric symbols can respectively be specifically operated by using triangular keys (T). A key-specific function (MODF) is then initiated after changing over the keyboard by operating a key (T) irrespective of which keyboard contact of the three associated contacts (KV, KG, KB) is operated. <IMAGE>

Die alphanumerische Tastatur (TR) eines Handbediengerätes (PHG) für Industrieroboter ist so ausgebildet, daß durch dreieckförmige Tasten (T) jeweils gezielt eines von drei alphanumerischen Zeichen ausgelöst werden kann. Nach Umschalten der Tastatur wird durch Betätigen einer Taste (T) dann unabhängig davon, welcher Tastaturkontakt der drei zugehörigen Kontakte (KV, KG, KB) betätigt wird, eine tastenspezifische Funktion (MODF) ausgelöst. <IMAGE>
