The invention relates to a modular house arrangement which can be adapted to the various requirements in the various stages of the life of a family. The house arrangement thus comprises a basic unit 12 which is configured as a functionally independent family house and can be extended by at least one add-on, ground-level extension unit 16, 18, both the basic unit and the extension unit 16, 18 having, for mutual connection at defined locations, prefabricated, closable passageways 28, 30 and connection points 27 for installations. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine modulare nutzungsflexible Hausanordnung, die sich den unterschiedlichen Nutzungsbedürfnissen in verschiedenen Lebensabschnitten einer Familie anpassen läßt. Die Hausanordnung besteht daher aus einer als funktionell eigenständigem Familienhaus ausgebildeten Basiseinheit 12, die durch mindestens eine anbaubare ebenerdige Erweiterungseinheit 16,18 erweiterbar ist, wobei sowohl die Basiseinheit als auch die Erweiterungseinheit 16,18 zur gegenseitigen Verbindung an definierten Stellen über vorgefertigte verschließbare Durchgänge 28,30 und Installations-Anschlußstellen 27 verfügen. <IMAGE>
