Abstract (en)

The apparatus is used for removing cut-out parts from a sheet (14) containing blanks or the like. It has a plate (12) for supporting the sheet (14) and a tool-holding plate (10) which can be moved vertically towards the supporting plate (12) and away from it and on which are provided cutting-out elements (28, 30) which project towards the supporting plate (12). In order to reduce the amount of pressure which has to be exerted by the tool-holding plate (10) for the part to be cut out, at least two sets of cutting-out elements (28, 30) are provided. Those cutting-out ends (40) of the cutting-out elements (28, 30) of each set which face the supporting plate (12) are arranged in a cutting-out plane. The distances between the cutting-out planes of the sets and that side of the tool-holding plate (10) which faces the supporting plate (12) are different, however. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Die Vorrichtung dient zum Entfernen von Ausbrechteilen aus einem Zuschnitte oder dergleichen enthaltenden Werkstoffbogen (14). Sie weist eine Trägerplatte (12) für den Werkstoffbogen (14) und eine vertikal zur Trägerplatte (12) hin und von ihr weg bewegbare Werkzeughalteplatte (10) auf, an der zur Trägerplatte (12) hin vorstehenden Ausbrechelemente (28, 30) vorgesehen sind. Um die zum Ausbrechen erforderliche Druckkraft der Werkzeughalteplatte (10) zu verringern, sind wenigstens zwei Sätze von Ausbrechelementen (28, 30) vorgesehen. Die der Trägerplatte (12) zugewandten Ausbrechenden (40) der Ausbrechelemente (28, 30) jedes Satzes sind in einer Ausbrechebene angeordnet. Der Abstand der Ausbrechebenen der Sätze zu der der Trägerplatte (12) zugewandten Seite der Werkzeughalteplatte (10) ist jedoch verschieden. <IMAGE>
