Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a method and an installation for the production of hot-rolled steel strip from continuously cast material, preferably thin slabs with working steps of a CSP method taking place in succession at the same temperature, the thin slabs leaving a soaking furnace being heatable to temperatures above the maximum temperature achievable in the soaking furnace, the thin slabs being left a sufficient time to recrystallise after the roughing pass, and the thin slabs then being cooled to the rolling temperature for the finishing train.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von warmgewalztem Stahlband aus stranggegossenem Vormaterial, vorzugsweise Dünnbrammen mit in einer Hitze aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitsschritten eines CSP-Verfahrens wobei die einen Ausgleichofen verlassenden Dünnbrammen auf Temperaturen oberhalb der maximal in dem Ausgleichsofen erreichbaren Temperatur aufheizbar sind, den Dünnbrammen nach dem Vorwalzstich genügend Zeit zum Rekristallisieren gelassen wird und wobei die Dünnbrammen anschließend auf Walztemperatur für die Fertigstraße gekühlt werden.
