[origin: EP0595692A1] The present invention relates to a gas turbine exhaust diffuser (nozzle) intended to be inserted downstream of a last expansion stage made up of an outlet sleeve (1) of circular cross-section including a central bulb (2). It comprises: - a flared transition sleeve (3) of circular cross-section identical to that of the outlet sleeve (1) of the last stage at its inlet and of square cross-section at its outlet, - four fixed fins (4) located inside the said sleeves (1,3) and respectively close to each corner of the square cross-section and directing the exhaust gases towards the corners of the square cross-section. <IMAGE>
