A device for locking and unlocking a two-wing door, with sliding striker plate (120), lock (110), and anchoring rod (170) comprises a motorised actuator (150) urging a transmission element (140) connected to the striker plate and to the rod. A first displacement of the element (140) gives rise to the lifting of the rod and the retraction of the striker plate for unlocking. An opposite displacement has the reverse effect. According to the invention, the actuator is a single-acting actuator (150) in order to carry out unlocking alone. A means forming a movable pawl (160) is securely fixed to the moving wing (B1) for selectively immobilising the element (140) in its unlocked position or releasing it so that it returns, without intervention from the actuator, to its locked position, depending on whether the moving wing (B1) is open or whether both wings (B1, B2) are closed. <IMAGE>

Un dispositif de verrouillage/déverrouillage d'un portail à deux battants, avec gâche coulissante (120), serrure (110), et tige d'ancrage (170), comprend un actuateur motorisé (150) sollicitant un élément de transmission (140) relié à la gâche et à la tige. Un premier déplacement de l'élément (140) provoque la levée de la tige et l'effacement de la gâche, pour le déverrouillage. Un déplacement opposé a l'effet inverse. Selon l'invention, l' actuateur est à simple effet (150) pour effectuer le seul déverrouillage. Un moyen formant cliquet mobile (160) est assujetti au battant mobile (B1) pour sélectivement bloquer l'élément (140) dans la position de déverrouillage ou le libérer pour qu'il revienne, sans intervention de l'actuateur, dans sa position de verrouillage, selon que le battant mobile (B1) est ouvert ou que les deux battants (B1, B2) sont fermés. <IMAGE>
