[origin: EP0595736A1] The present invention relates to a nozzle device (10) orientable about an axis (A) perpendicular to the nozzle, comprising means (18,22) for coupling the nozzle to a cam (26) in order to define, by corresponding sectors of the cam, several rotational positions of the nozzle. The device comprises a feeler (22-1) moved by the rotation of the nozzle; an elastic means (20) pushing the feeler into an inactive position out of range of the sector of the cam with largest radius; and a means (12) for driving the nozzle against the force of the elastic means. A closure piece (11-1) interacts with the nozzle (10) to divert its jet if the nozzle is not in a position defined by a sector of the cam. <IMAGE>
