[origin: EP0524093A1] New derivatives of taxol analogues of general formula (I), their preparation and the compositions which contain them. In the formula (I): - Ar represents an aryl radical, - R represents a radical of general formula R7O- (II) in which R7 represents an optionally substituted alkyl radical or an alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, bicycloalkyl, phenyl or heterocyclyl radical, - R1 and R2, which are identical or different, represent a hydrogen atom or a radical of general formula (III) in which R3 and R4, which are identical or different, represent hydrogen or alkyl (optionally substituted by hydroxyl, carboxyl, alkyloxycarbonyl or a radical of formula (IV) in which R5 and R6, which are identical or different, represent hydrogen or alkyl or together form a 5- or 6-membered saturated or unsaturated heterocycle) or else R3 and R4 form a 5- or 6-membered, saturated or unsaturated heterocycle. The new products of formula (I) exhibit notable antitumour and antileukaemia properties. <IMAGE>

Nouveaux dérivés d'analogues du taxol de formule générale (I), leur préparation et les compositions qui les contiennent. Dans la formule (I): Ar représente un radical aryle, R représente un radical de formule générale (II): R7O- dans laquelle R7 représente un radical alcoyle éventuellement substitué, alcényle, alcynyle, cycloalcoyle, cycloalcényle, bicycloalcoyle, phényle ou hétérocyclyle, R1 et R2, identiques ou différents, représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical de formule générale (III) dans laquelle R3 et R4, identiques ou différents, représentent hydrogène ou alcoyle (éventuellement substitué par hydroxy, carboxy, alcoyloxycarbonyle ou un radical de formule (IV) dans laquelle R5 et R6, identiques ou différents, représentent hydrogène ou alcoyle ou forment ensemble un hétérocycle saturé ou non saturé à 5 ou 6 chaînons) ou bien R3 et R4 forment un hétérocycle saturé ou non saturé à 5 ou 6 chaînons. Les nouveaux produits de formule (I) présentent des propriétés antitumorales et antileucémiques remarquables.
