Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a connecting element (1) for connecting a metal rail, in the form of a load-bearing profile of a suspended ceiling, to a metal rail which runs perpendicularly thereto and belongs to a counter-profile, the metal rails being configured as CD-profiles, and the connecting element (1) engaging, by means of in each case one lateral extension (4) at its first end (3), beneath the bent-around border beads of the counter-profile metal rail and being capable of bending, by means of its other, second end (9), over the border beads of the load-bearing-profile metal rail located thereabove. In order, in the case of said connecting element, to improve ease of mounting and to increase the load-bearing strength with a reduced sheet-metal thickness in comparison with conventional elements of this type, the invention provides that an H-shaped punching (10) is provided in the region of the second end (9), the resulting sheet-metal tongues on either side of the H-crossbar (12) being bent out to the same side through approximately 90@ (bent-out portions 13, 14). <IMAGE>

Bei einem Verbindungselement (1) zur Verbindung einer Metallschiene in Form eines Tragprofils einer abgehängten Decke mit einer hierzu senkrecht verlaufenden Metallschiene eines Konterprofils, wobei die Metallschienen als CD-Profile ausgebildet sind, und wobei das Verbindungselement (1) mit je einem seitlichen Ansatz (4) an seinem einen ersten Ende (3) die umgebogenen Randwülste der Konterprofil-Metallschiene untergreift und mit seinem anderen, zweiten Ende (9) über die Randwülste der darüber liegenden Tragprofil-Metallschiene biegbar ist, ist zur Verbesserung der Montagefreundlichkeit und zur Erhöhung der Tragfestigkeit bei gegenüber herkömmlichen derartigen Elementen verringerter Blechdicke vorgesehen, daß im Bereich des zweiten Endes (9) eine H-förmige Einstanzung (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei die so gebildeten Blechzungen beiderseits des H-Querbalkens (12) zur gleichen Seite hin um etwa 9o° aufgebogen (Aufbiegungen 13,14) sind. <IMAGE>
