Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0596232A1] Device (1) for supporting a shuttering element running perpendicularly with respect to the longitudinal axis of the shuttering beam, in particular for supporting the side plate (50) of a joist shuttering, comprising a supporting frame (6, 7, 8) and a bracing device (2, 3, 4, 5, 10) which is connected to the supporting frame via connecting elements. The bracing means (2) and the engagement means (3, 10) are arranged in a toggle-lever arrangement such that, on bracing fixedly, a prestressing path along the shuttering beam (40), and thus a prestressing force perpendicularly with respect to the plane of the side plate (50), is obtained for the device (1), with the result that the joint between the side plate (50) and the base panel (51) holds in a reliably sealed manner despite the concrete pressure which arises. In a preferred embodiment, the joist clamp (1) is provided with a vertically adjustable adjustment load-bearing member (30) which can be adapted to the required joist height. <IMAGE>
