The invention relates to a crane, in particular a crane mounted on a railway vehicle, with a revolving superstructure pivotably arranged about a vertical axis on a travelling carriage. Arranged on the revolving superstructure is a jib and a counterweight movable as a function of the slewing movement of the revolving superstructure. In order to obtain an improved carrying capacity in a crane of this type with at the same time a small rear working radius, it is proposed according to the invention that at least one counterweight (7) be connected via a joint (8) to the revolving superstructure (2) and that the joint (8) have a pivot axis (9) orientated parallel to the vertical axis (5). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kran, insbesondere Eisenbahnkran mit auf einem Unterwagen um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbar angeordneten Oberwagen, an dem ein Ausleger und ein in Abhängigkeit von der Schwenkbewegung des Oberwagens bewegbares Gegengewicht angeordnet ist. Um bei einem derartigen Kran eine verbesserte Tragfähigkeit bei gleichzeitig geringer hinterer Ausladung zu erreichen, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß mindestens ein Gegengewicht (7) über ein Gelenk (8) mit dem Oberwagen (2) verbunden ist und das Gelenk (8) eine parallel zur vertikalen Achse (5) ausgerichtete Schwenkachse (9) aufweist. <IMAGE>
