L'invention concerne une tête d'usinage d'une machine de découpage au jet d'eau, ainsi qu'un dispositif de visée équipant une telle tête. La tête selon l'invention comporte: des moyens d'admission (28) reliés à une alimentation (A) en eau sous pression, une buse d'accélération (22) solidaire du carter (2) et connectée aux moyens d'admission (28), un canon de découpage (60) recevant un jet d'eau (J) émis par la buse (22), et un porte-canon (62) maintenant le canon (60) par rapport au carter (2), cette tête étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens de réglage (120a, 120b, 112, 94a, 94b) qui permettent de régler la position du porte-canon (62) par rapport au carter (2), pour ajuster l'orientation du canon (60) de façon coaxiale au jet (J) émis par la buse (22).
