The opening device comprises a closure flap (7) which is pivotable about a hinge (2) and with which a pouring aperture (4) can be opened and closed again. The edge (5) of the pouring aperture (4) is elastically deformable. As a device for holding the closure flap (7) open in the opening position, a projection (12) is attached so that it projects from the lower edge (6) of the closure flap (7) downwards in such a way that said projection (12) is pulled beyond the edge (5) of the pouring aperture (4) during opening and is subsequently supported on said edge and holds the closure flap (7) open. For reclosure, the projection can be pressed by slight pressure beyond the edge of the pouring aperture. The novel design of the holding-open device proposed advantageously prevents damage to said device in the closed state, for example when stacking packages provided with the opening device. Additionally, this holding-open device is very simple to produce. <IMAGE>

Die Öffnungsvorrichtung umfasst eine um ein Scharnier (2) schwenkbare Verschlusslasche (7), mit der eine Ausgiessöffnung (4) öffen- und wiederverschliessbar ist. Der Rand (5) der Ausgiessöffnung (4) ist elastisch verformbar. Als Einrichtung zum Offenhalten der Verschlusslasche (7) in Öffnungsposition ist ein Vorsprung (12) vom unteren Rand (6) der Verschlusslasche (7) so nach unten vorstehend angebracht, dass dieser Vorsprung (12) beim Öffnen über den Rand (5) der Ausgiessöffnung (4) hinweggezogen wird und sich anschliessend auf diesem Rand abstützt und die Verschlusslasche (7) offenhält. Zum Wiederverschliessen lässt sich der Vorsprung durch leichten Druck über den Rand der Ausgiessöffnung hinwegdrücken. Durch die vorgeschlagene neuartige Gestaltung der Offenhalteeinrichtung wird vorteilhaft eine Beschädigung dieser Einrichtung im geschlossenen Zustand, etwa beim Stapeln von mit der Öffnungsvorrichtung versehenen Packungen, verhindert. Zudem ist diese Offenhalteeinrichtung sehr einfach herzustellen. <IMAGE>
