An apparatus (1) for feeding flowable substances (6) to a printing or coating machine (8) comprises a substance-conveying pump (3), a substance container (2) and coupling means for substance connection between the container (2) and pump (3). In order to provide different productive capacities with reduced residual quantities, at the same time with a low consumption of cleaning water, a locking coupling connection (4) is formed at the pump-inlet orifice, and there is provided a pump mounting (51, 52), by means of which the pump (3) can be positioned in such a way that it is in direct substance connection either with a container (2) arranged above the pump (3) and placed onto the coupling connection (4) from above, or with a container (2) arranged under the pump (3) and connected to the coupling connection (4) from below. <IMAGE>

Eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Zuführung fließfähiger Substanzen (6) an eine Druck- oder Beschichtungsmaschine (8) umfaßt eine Substanzförderpumpe (3), einen Substanzbehälter (2) sowie Kupplungsmittel für die Substanzverbindung zwischen Behälter (2) und Pumpe (3). Um verschiedene Mengenleistungen mit reduzierten Restmengen bei geringem Reinigungs-Wasserverbrauch vorzusehen, ist an der Pumpem-Einlaßöffnung ein Verriegelungs-Kupplungsanschluß (4) ausgebildet und eine Pumpenhalterung (51, 52) vorgesehen, mit der die Pumpe (3) derart positionierbar ist, daß sie sich in unmittelbarer Substanzverbindung entweder mit einem über der Pumpe (3) angeordneten, von oben auf den Kupplungsanschluß (4) aufgesetzten Behälter (2) oder mit einem unter der Pumpe (3) angeordneten, von unten an den Kupplungsanschluß (4) angeschlossenen Behälter (2) befindet. <IMAGE>
