This device comprises a casing (1), containing a bulb and to which a closure glass lens is fixed in a leaktight manner and is of the type comprising a duct (2) integral with the casing (1) which connects the inside with the outside. It is noteworthy in that: - the duct extends along a general direction descending along a wall of the casing (1), and is bounded by the said wall and a plug (6) of complementary shape; - the duct communicates with the inside of the casing (1) through a passage (5) provided in its upper region and with the outside through an opening (20) of smaller cross-section than that of the duct; - it comprises an emergent tube (3), projecting towards the bottom inside of the duct, which has a smaller cross-section than that of the duct (2), the tube (3) connected with at least one side wall (110) of the duct; - it is equipped with an element forming a screen (4) arranged in line with the lower opening (32) of the tube (3), at a distance therefrom and inside the duct (2). Ce dispositif comprend un boîtier (1) renfermant une lampe et auquel une glace est fixée de manière étanche, et est du type comprenant un conduit (2) solidaire du boîtier (1), qui met en communication l'intérieur avec l'extérieur. Il est remarquable par le fait que : le conduit s'étend selon une direction générale descendante le long d'une paroi du boîtier (1), et est délimité par ladite paroi et un bouchon (6) de forme complémentaire ; le conduit communique avec l'intérieur du boîtier (1) par un passage (5) prévu dans sa région supérieure et avec l'extérieur par une ouverture (20) de section plus petite que celle du conduit ; il comprend un tube débouchant (3), en saillie vers le bas à l'intérieur du conduit, lequel présente une section plus petite que celle du conduit (2), ce tube (3) se raccordant à au moins une paroi latérale (110) du conduit ; il est équipé d'un élément formant écran (4) disposé à l'aplomb de l'ouverture inférieure (32) du tube (3), à distancce de celui-ci et à l'intérieur du conduit (2).
