[origin: EP0597763A1] This device comprises a casing (1), containing a bulb and to which a closure glass lens is fixed in a leaktight manner and is of the type comprising a duct (2) integral with the casing (1) which connects the inside with the outside. It is noteworthy in that: - the duct extends along a general direction descending along a wall of the casing (1), and is bounded by the said wall and a plug (6) of complementary shape; - the duct communicates with the inside of the casing (1) through a passage (5) provided in its upper region and with the outside through an opening (20) of smaller cross-section than that of the duct; - it comprises an emergent tube (3), projecting towards the bottom inside of the duct, which has a smaller cross-section than that of the duct (2), the tube (3) connected with at least one side wall (110) of the duct; - it is equipped with an element forming a screen (4) arranged in line with the lower opening (32) of the tube (3), at a distance therefrom and inside the duct (2).
