The emergency control intended to allow manual operation of closure in the event of breakdown of the drive motor (2) acts not on the electromagnetic brake (14) but on the annulus gear (18) of the epicyclic reduction gear, this being with the aid of a cable (9) which, by pulling, allows deformation of the elastic pin (24) which angularly retains the said annulus. <IMAGE>
