[origin: WO9325450A1] The wrapping of pasty food products according to the invention, preformed to receive the hot product before closing, is folded in such a way that three of its edges overlap along a width L on three contiguous sides, preferably on either side of a symmetry plane P, enabling its instantaneous and total opening on five of its faces, the sixth face being the resting face of the product on its base. Opening is effected by lifting the upper flaps (1, 2) which are each gripped between the thumb and the forefinger of each hand by exerting simultaneous traction along the direction of the arrows (3 and 4) while sliding sideways the parts (5, 6) of the upper face and the parts (7, 8) of the front face and the parts of the rear face which pivot about the edges (9, 10) of the parallelepiped of which five faces are then cleared. It comprises the following folding stages: a preparatory stage of positioning the opening-strips and of cutting the packaging film to a predetermined length, a U-shaped folding stage a); a first lateral folding stage b), a second lateral folding and lower flap folding stage c), a filling stage, a first upper lateral folding stage d), a second upper lateral folding stage e), an upper flap folding stage f).

L'emballage de produits alimentaires pâteux selon l'invention, préformé pour coulage à chaud dudit produit avant fermeture, est plié de telle sorte que trois de ses bords se recouvrent suivant une largeur L sur trois côtés jouxtants, préférablement de part et d'autre d'un plan de symétrie P, permettant son ouverture instantanée et totale sur cinq de ses faces, la 6ème étant la face de repos du produit sur sa base. Cette ouverture s'effectue en soulevant les cornes supérieures (1, 2) que l'on prend chacune entre le pouce et l'index de chaque main en exerçant une traction simultanée suivant la direction des flèches (3 et 4) en faisant glisser latéralement les parties (5, 6) de la face supérieure et les parties (7, 8) de la face avant et celles de la face arrière qui pivotent autour des arêtes (9, 10) du parallélépipède dont cinq faces se trouvent alors dégagées. Il comporte les phases de pliage suivantes: une phase préparatoire de pose des tire-scel et de découpage du film d'emballage à une longueur prédéterminée, une phase a) de pliage en U; une phase b) de premier pliage latéral, une phase c) de second pliage latéral suivant et de pliage des cornes inférieures, une phase de remplissage, une phase d) de premier pliage latéral supérieur, une phase e) de second pliage latéral supérieur, une phase f) de pliage des cornes supérieures.
