Abstract (en)
A switch (1) is proposed which has at least one switching element (4, 5) which is equipped with a contact surface (8) which is opposite a mating contact surface (12). An operating element (13) is furthermore provided for pivoting the respective switching element (4, 5) out of an unoperated position into an operated position. The operating element (13) is a rotating element, which is arranged alongside the switching elements (4, 5) and has a rotation axis (25) running transversely with respect to the pivoting axis of the switching elements (4, 5). It carries an operating element (14), which is aligned transversely with respect to its rotation axis (25) and engages behind a switching part (28), which is at a distance from the pivoting shaft, of a respective switching element (4, 5). The switching elements (4, 5) can thus be pivoted by rotating the operating element (13). <IMAGE>

Es wird ein Schalter (1) vorgeschlagen, der mindestens ein Schaltelement (4, 5) aufweist, das mit einer Kontaktfläche (8) ausgestattet ist, der eine Gegenkontaktfläche (12) gegenüberliegt. Ferner ist ein Betätigungselement (13) zum Verschwenken des jeweiligen Schaltelementes (4, 5) aus einer unbetätigten in eine betätigte Stellung vorhanden. Das Betätigungselement (13) ist ein neben den Schaltelementen (4, 5) angeordnetes Drehelement mit quer zur Schwenkachse der Schaltelemente (4, 5) verlaufender Drehachse (25). Es trägt eine bezüglich seiner Drehachse (25) quer ausgerichtete Betätigungspartie (14), die eine von der Schwenkachse beabstandete Schaltpartie (28) eines jeweiligen Schaltelementes (4, 5) hintergreift. Durch Drehen des Betätigungselementes (13) läßt sich somit ein Verschwenken der Schaltelemente (4, 5) erreichen. <IMAGE>
