The emergency information carrier consists of a one-piece or multipiece flat container (1) of approximately passport photo size, which has a frame-like lower part (2) and a frame-like upper part (3). These parts can be folded together and interlocked and leave free an interspace between the lower part (2) and the upper part (3) for accommodating a small notepad (6), a notebook or a plurality of pieces of paper, the information carrier itself and/or the notepad (6), the notebook or the pieces of paper forming a surface visible from outside for a notice such as "information", "info", "i" or the like. Such an emergency information carrier is very compact and can be used for a multiplicity of purposes. Der Notfall-Informationsträger besteht aus einem etwa paßbildgroßen ein- oder mehrteiligen flachen Behältnis (1) mit einem rahmenartigen Unterteil (2) und einem rahmenartigen Oberteil (3). Diese sind zusammenklappbar und miteinander verriegelbar und lassen zwischen Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (3) einen Zwischenraum für die Aufnahme eines kleinen Notizblockes (6), eines Faltblockes oder mehrerer Notizzettel frei, wobei der Informationsträger selbst und/oder der Notizblock (6), Faltblock oder die Notizzettel eine nach außen sichtbare Fläche für einen Hinweis wie "Information", "Info", "i" oder dergleichen bildet. Ein solcher Notfall-Informationsträger ist sehr kompakt und äußerst vielseitig verwenbar. Seine beiden rahmenartigen Ober- und Unterteile lassen sich einfach und kostengünstig aus Kunststoffmaterial herstellen. <IMAGE>
