Arranged on one end of a liftable and rotatable horizontal lever arm (5) is a connection element (28), and suspended on the latter is a two-part bench (25) consisting of blades which is used for transferring physically handicapped persons between bed and bathtub and for cleaning and attending to them. The two-part bench (25) consists of a first row (21) of blades with an articulation (20) and head part (19), and of a second row (24) of blades, both of these rows consisting of supporting blades (18) which are arranged at right angles along a holder tube (32) and a hot-air tube (33) and which extend parallel to one another. These blades (18) are arranged on the upper holding device (13) in an undetachable manner and are arranged on the lower holding device (16) of the connection element (28) in such a way that they can be easily removed. The two rows (21, 24) of blades which interlock like fingers can be vertically adjusted relative to the bathtub by means of the lever arm (5) and relative to one another by means of the lifting mechanism (15) and thereby permit effortless handling of the patient. When levelled out, they form a virtually continuous and flat surface (36) for supporting physically handicapped persons, which surface (36) can be turned about the vertical axis (29) and can be displaced in translation in the three spatial axes (X, Y, Z). The supporting blades (18) are made of an easy-to-disinfect plastic and have air outlet openings (31) for hot air, for automatic washing, drying and massaging, and for leading germs off through the transfer system. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
An einem heb- und drehbaren, horizontalen Tragarm (5), ist einerends ein Verbindungselement (28) befestigt und daran eine zweiteilige Schaufelliege (25) aufgehängt um Körperbehinderte zwischen Bett und Badewanne zu transferieren sowie hygienisch und therapeutisch zu versorgen. Die zweiteilige Schaufelliege (25), besteht aus einer ersten Schaufellreihe (21) mit Gelenk (20) und Kopfteil (19) sowie einer zweiten Schaufelreihe (24), die beide je aus entlang einem Halterohr (32) und einem Warmluftrohr (33) rechtwinklig angeordneten, unter sich parallel verlaufenden Tragschaufeln (18) gebildet sind und die unlösbar an der oberen Haltevorrichtung (13) bzw. leicht wegnehmbar an der unteren Haltevorrichtung (16) des Verbindungselementes (28) befestigt sind. Die beiden fingerförmig ineinander greifenden Schaufelreihen (21,24), sind mittels des Tragarmes (5) relativ zur Badewanne und mittels des Hubwerkes (15) untereinander höhenverstellbar und ermöglichen dadurch ein müheloses Patientenhandling. Wenn ausnivelliert, bilden sie eine quasi-kontinuierliche, um die Vertikalachse (29) drehbare und in den drei Raumachsen (X,Y,Z) translatorisch verschiebbare ebene Auflagefläche (36) zur Lagerung von Körperbehinderten. Die Tragschaufeln (18) sind aus leicht zu desinfizierendem Kunststoff und besitzen Luftaustrittsöffnungen (31) für Warmluft, zum automatischen Waschen, Trocknen und Massieren und um das Verschleppen von Keimen durch das Transfersystem zu verhindern. <IMAGE>
